This is a nice, quiet hotel. Best value for the price. They advertise weekly rates but that can change depending on whose in the office. The rooms are typical low budget hotel rooms. They do have ants and roaches and I believe they both offer spraying. The location is great. It's down the street from United Supermarket and around the corner from quite a few restaurants. Overall, if your looking for somewhere cheap to crash without frills, this is it!

Well honestly the people that run the the motel and rent out there a really good people they're cheap and their rooms are nice it's just the area it's in there's there is a few bad people that hang around them outside of the motel but usually inside the motel it's usually great I give them four stars
We needed a room asap the owner gave us a good deal nice and quiet and can't hear the traffic on ave Q keep up the good work
Paid $50 for a really clean, good room, totally against expectations given the low price. The room had a working AC, fridge, and microwave. The place seemed fairly safe. The continental breakfast was small but still good. They also had free wifi. Would definitely recommend!
Very surprised that the rooms were very clean and roomy.
It's a emergency that is not to be taken lightly as well as to be assured of being the shelter of tough times we all go through, thank yall for for the help and support I really appreciate it and thank God for the help they gave me when I was struggling with no home and little money. But the executive inn was y saving Grace and I will never forget it. The local community will always be in my heart forever thank yall, much appreciated and much more love to all of yall.

Other than having someone coming back bang at the door telling me I left my key at the door which turned out to be I guess tenants that set there and where the day before me but didn't realize that I find leaving and not returning the key they change locks so I did turn in it in at the desk but other than that fairly well comfortable
